Buakaw & Kem Sitsongpeenong score TKO Victories – Chaz Mulkey loses by decision

Thai Fight 2012 took place in Pattaya today showcasing some, if not the best Thai Fighters in the world. The controversy continued it’s way into the show when Buakaw’s former Gym Por Pramuk tried to prevent Buakaw from participating in Thai Fight.

Buakaw ended up fighting anyway at the last minute risking the fact by doing so he could end up in jail. He took on Rustem Zaripov, winning a 2nd Round TKO, and at the end of the fight emotionally addressed the crowd stating today he fought for his father, and his fans.

Kem Sitsongpeenong came out aggressive from the get go opening up a cut on Mickael Cornubet’s forehead in the opening round with an elbow. As the cut worsened the referee had the doctor check it, which eventually led to a stoppage.

Unfortunately Chaz Mulkey lost a decision to Bernueng TopKing Boxing. Chaz stated the following ” Just want to apologize to everyone for the piss poor performance I put on at Thai Fight….I let the magnitude of the fight and the fighter intimidate me and made me hesitate and try to fight safe. Sorry I didn’t represent my family teammates and friends better.”
